Born on June 1, 1989, in Essex, United Kingdom, Natalie McQueen embarked on her acting journey at a young age. At just 8 years old, she secured her first professional role as Young Eponine in Les Misérables at The Palace Theatre in London, followed by a part in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.

Having graduated from a musical theater college in 2008, McQueen briefly worked in the music industry before making a return to the stage in 2013, notably in Wicked on London’s West End. Since then, she has graced numerous productions, showcasing her talent in shows ranging from Kinky Boots to 9 to 5: The Musical.

Taking a hiatus from her theatrical endeavors, McQueen ventured into the music industry. While her stage performances often showcase her singing abilities, she also explores songwriting. McQueen took on the role of lead singer and songwriter for the rock band Farewell City, a passion she temporarily set aside to fully immerse herself in stage acting.

In September 2022, McQueen subtly hinted at her relationship with Groban on her Instagram. The post featured her posing in front of Groban, who was looking at a tree. The caption read, “‘Do you know you’re Italian?’ – boyfriend to a little tree lizard.”

Several months later, in February 2023, they chose to go public with their relationship. Groban and McQueen both shared an identical photo of them in bed together. McQueen’s caption expressed, “Happy Valentine’s Day to the greatest ever. You make me the happiest.”

He captioned his photo, “Happy Valentine’s Day to this remarkable woman who makes me so gosh dang stupid happy.”

“Epic week with my love experiencing my first ever (!!!) trip to Disney World Florida! We rode rides and drank green beer and experienced a Disney Halloween in 92-degree September heat!! Groban and McQueen frequently grace Hollywood events side by side in photographs.

They attended the Met Gala in May 2023 in matching black statement outfits and Groban posted a photo of the pair on Instagram to mark the occasion. “Last night we had the pleasure of attending the otherworldly and beautiful @themetgalaofficial and had the best time getting gussied to the max in my favorite building in NYC,” he wrote in the caption. “Thank you Anna Wintour and @voguemagazine for having us!”

They made a red-carpet appearance at the 2023 Tony Awards, where Groban received a nomination for his role in Sweeney Todd. McQueen shared a photo of them at the awards ceremony with the caption, “My Tony nominee and me 🖤.”
