Mathira reacts to Dr. Omer Adil’s opinions about her body

The comments, laden with insensitivity and misogyny, targeted Mathira’s physical appearance, particularly focusing on her body and lip fillers.
Mathira, rightly appalled by the unprofessional conduct of Dr. Omer Adil, responded with grace and resilience. She candidly addressed the issue, shedding light on the reasons behind her fluctuating weight and condemning the remarks as “shameful” attempts to gain attention.
During the podcast, Dr. Omer Adil crossed the line by stating, “She used to be hot, but now there’s nothing left in her. Mathira is a fat woman now.” These words, dripping with contempt, not only undermine Mathira’s talent and accomplishments but also perpetuate harmful beauty standards.
